Multiliquid and Particula integrate standardized risk intelligence into tokenized asset convertibility infrastructure

New York / Munich, August 13, 2026 — Particula, the prime rating provider for digital assets, and Multiliquid, the execution venue and integration architecture built by Uniform Labs for 24/7 NAV-based convertibility, today announced a strategic partnership to integrate standardized risk intelligence into Multiliquid’s onboarding and control framework for tokenized real-world assets (RWAs).
Under the partnership, Particula will provide Multiliquid with access to its digital asset assessment outputs for use in onboarding and standardized due diligence workflows. For each candidate asset, Particula will deliver a standardized assessment package comprising a holistic risk rating, structured data profile, and clearly identified risk flags where relevant. Together, these outputs are intended to provide Multiliquid and its participants with a consistent basis for asset review, onboarding, and operational decision-making.
To support use at scale, Particula and Multiliquid are aligning on minimum disclosure and data packages that issuers can provide once to meet both assessment and integration requirements. This is intended to create a more efficient and repeatable path from issuer disclosure to risk assessment and convertibility readiness. Within that framework, Particula’s outputs can serve as standardized inputs that Multiliquid and its participants can apply across due diligence and control workflows, while adapting them to their own risk and parameter requirements.
Over time, the parties intend to deepen that integration through fully automated workflows and native on-chain use of risk state within Multiliquid’s infrastructure.
“The rise of 24/7 on-chain convertibility means market participants need risk signals they can use directly within the workflows where asset decisions are made,” said Timm Reinsdorf, Managing Director of Particula. “By integrating our independent assessments into Multiliquid’s infrastructure, we are helping make standardized third-party risk intelligence more usable in the processes where tokenized assets are reviewed, compared, and handled.”
Particula brings something the market has been missing - independent, standardized risk assessments that work directly inside the workflows where asset decisions are made. For Multiliquid, that matters: we are built to make tokenized assets actively usable across convertibility, settlement, and capital workflows, and that only works if participants can trust the risk layer underneath. Particula is that layer, said Will Beeson, Chief Executive Officer of Uniform Labs.
