Particula and infiniFi Partner to Bring Institutional-Grade Underwriting Capabilities to On-Chain Capital Allocation

Particula and infiniFi Partner to Bring Institutional-Grade Underwriting Capabilities to On-Chain Capital Allocation

New York / Munich, June 18, 2026 - Particula, the prime rating provider for digital assets, and infiniFi, a fractional reserve protocol enabling tranched on-chain capital deployment, today announced a strategic collaboration to bring institutional-grade risk intelligence to infiniFi's tokenized asset allocation process.

Under the agreement, Particula has been mandated to optimize and execute infiniFi's risk assessment process, a standardized framework through which infiniFi administers ongoing, tranched capital deployment into tokenized assets. Particula will provide end-to-end risk assessment services, including risk framework optimization, data aggregation, issuer engagement, and continuous monitoring of allocated tokens.

Shared Commitment to Transparency and Institutional Standards

infiniFi's allocation process is designed to enable disciplined, risk-managed investment across tokenized asset issuances. As their independent partner, Particula will also apply its proprietary Particula Digital Asset Risk Framework (PDARF) to evaluate applicants comprehensively, assessing issuers, token structures, underlying assets, and technical implementations and assign data confidence scores and overall risk ratings to support issuer selection.

Particula will additionally conduct in-depth assessments of priority allocation candidates and provide infiniFi's Risk Committee with the analytical foundation required to support informed capital deployment decisions.

"The tokenized asset market's core challenges remain liquidity and distribution, but we're seeing on-chain capital allocators like infiniFi respond by building genuinely institutionalized risk frameworks to allocate at scale," said Timm Reinsdorf, CEO of Particula. "By integrating our ratings and risk intelligence directly into that framework, infiniFi is creating the credible foundation needed to accelerate and manage tokenized asset allocation."
“Since beginning our deployments to RWAs, we’ve sought methods to accelerate our underwriting process without compromising on quality,” said Rob Montgomery, CEO of infiniFi. “In working with Particula, we’re able to accelerate the velocity at which we blend the duration assets of TradFi with the fast-liquidity of DeFi.”

A Full-Stack Risk Intelligence Partnership

Beyond ratings, Particula will assume primary operational responsibility for the risk assessment infrastructure. This includes:

  • Risk Framework Optimization: Enhancing infiniFi's existing risk framework and assessment questionnaire, closing analytical gaps and increasing evaluation depth using Particula's proprietary methodologies.
  • Data Aggregation & Documentation Management: Deploying and maintaining data aggregation solutions for the collection, verification, and management of all issuer documentation, spanning legal, regulatory, financial, technical, and operational data.
  • Monitoring Platform Access: Providing infiniFi with a dedicated, password-secured instance of Particula's proprietary monitoring platform, enabling ongoing surveillance of issuers, tokens, and underlying assets, with configurable alerts.
  • Issuer Relations & Operational Execution: Managing all direct issuer communication, feedback cycles, and end-to-end assessment timelines, with regular status reporting to infiniFi.

Particula maintains full independence in its assessment processes. This partnership pertains exclusively to technical and operational infrastructure integration and does not influence Particula's analytical independence, methodologies, assessment criteria, or risk rating determinations. All instruments utilizing infiniFi's infrastructure are subject to Particula's standard rules-based assessment criteria and methodologies, applied consistently without modification, preferential treatment, or commercial consideration.
