Particula Selects DIA as Oracle Infrastructure Provider for the Digital Asset Risk Passport

Particula Selects DIA as Oracle Infrastructure Provider for the Digital Asset Risk Passport

New York, March 12, 2026  — Particula, the leading independent risk rating provider for digital assets, today announced that DIA will serve as oracle infrastructure provider for the Particula Digital Asset Risk Passport (PDARP) - the first programmable, omnichain risk credential for tokenized assets.

Through this integration, Particula's proprietary risk data, including live rating scores, Proof-of-Reserve records and pricing signals, becomes directly queryable by smart contracts through a dedicated oracle contract built on DIA's decentralized infrastructure. The integration launches on Ethereum and Solana, with support for more than 30 networks coming soon.

Bridging the Gap Between Risk Intelligence and Onchain Execution

The tokenized asset market has scaled without a corresponding layer of machine-readable risk infrastructure. Risk assessments for tokenized fixed income and equity instruments remain anchored in offchain systems, inaccessible to the smart contracts that govern collateral policy, liquidity parameters, and asset eligibility in real time.

The PDARP addresses this structural gap. Through the DIA integration, Particula's risk intelligence is delivered as a live, onchain data feed, enabling DeFi protocols to embed independent, institutional-grade risk assessments directly into their execution logic, without reliance on manual processes or centralized intermediaries.

How the Integration Works

PDARP's architecture operates as a multi-layer infrastructure stack. The proprietary risk analytics engine continuously monitors tokenized assets across on- and off-chain data sources, generating risk data from Particula's assessment pipeline that are validated and propagated across all supported networks simultaneously. Each destination chain performs independent onchain verification prior to settlement.

The system targets sub-10-minute propagation latency across the full network set, and protocols on any supported chain can integrate without additional development work.

Protocols access PDARP data through a single standardized onchain endpoint covering risk rating scores, Proof-of-Reserve records, and pricing signals, all queryable within smart contract logic at execution time.

Why DIA

The PDARP data model is inherently multi-dimensional. A single rating update carries concurrent changes to rating scores, reserve records, alert states, and pricing signals. DIA's infrastructure supports structured, multi-field payload delivery natively, where conventional oracle architectures are optimized for scalar price feeds.

As an independent rating provider, Particula's credibility rests on the integrity and neutrality of its data delivery chain. DIA's decentralized network eliminates single-operator control over rating propagation, ensuring no intermediary can manipulate or suppress an update in transit.

The omnichain design of the PDARP requires simultaneous, consistent data availability across heterogeneous networks. DIA's existing distribution infrastructure across 30+ networks eliminates the need for Particula to build and maintain chain-specific integration layers as the tokenized asset ecosystem expands.

Programmable Risk: Onchain Use Cases

The PDARP enables DeFi protocols to operationalize risk assessments that previously required manual intervention or offchain governance processes. This unlocks applications across onchain capital markets, including:

  • Lending & borrowing with collateral parameters tied to live risk scoring
  • Vaults & indices with automated rebalancing governed by risk thresholds
  • Listings & marketplaces with rating-gated, curated asset pools
  • Insurance with parametric pricing driven by continuously updated risk data
  • Derivatives with embedded monitoring of counterparty and underlying risk in contract logic
"Tokenized assets are entering DeFi without a standardized risk layer. The PDARP changes that. By delivering institutional-grade risk data directly into smart contract logic through DIA's infrastructure, we're giving protocols the tools to make risk-informed decisions programmatically, not manually."Timm Reinsdorf, Co-Founder & CEO, Particula
"Onchain risk ratings are a natural step forward in combining the ratings-based approach that traditional finance relies on with the efficiency of DeFi rails. That combination increases the resiliency and trust of the entire institutional DeFi space." — Zygis Marazas, Head of Product, DIA
